Crying my eyes out!!!!!!!!!

I am absolutely devastated, Lauren @ Mya just called me to say that they have not received payment from First Medical Loans. I rang them straight away as it got approved weeks ago an they should have been paid, they told me they did a transfer yesterday!!!!!!!! I rang lauren crying asking her whats going to happen, she said they’ve postponed till middle of july! I cannot stop crying!!!! Why has it taken so long for anyone to contact me? I’m supposed to be having my surgery on the 22nd June.

omg….. surely they can wait a few days for payment to reach them b4 they cancel ur date…. xxxx ((((hugs)))))

She said they have already postponed it. I am so upset, I don’t know what to do, there’s no way I’ll be able to get time off work in mid july xxx

i thought with transfers the money got paid to them them imediately? and surly they should have contacted you saying they hadnt recieved payment before just cancelling?!! make a complaint hun!

SO did I, they tried to call me when i was on holiday to say it had been approved but couldnt get in touch, so waited till i got back and i called them and she was fucking dozy the woman @ FML, she said oh just to let you know it’s been approved i was like right ok? Why the fuck do they need to wait till they’ve told me it’s been approved, fucking put the money through. This phone call took place LAST thursday morning so WHY the fuck did they only do the transfer yesterday?!?!!? Sorry for all the swearing but I am absolutely fuming!!!!!!! Lauren is going to call me tomorrow to see if she can get an earlier date. I just feel so let down xxxx

That’s appalling treatment. If the transfer has gone through then MYA should NOT have cancelled your op, especially without even telling you first.

I would be inclined to speak to someone more senior at both MYA and First Medical Loans. I’m so sorry this has happened. I know how excited you’ve been about your op x

mya realy does seem to have a comunication problem. when my date got cancelled it was only 3 days before the op and they said i shouldnt have been offered my op date as it wasnt available. i was lucky and got in with another surgeon.

i dont see how they can just cancell saying they havnt recieved payment.

i would make a big fuss with them and speak to some1 higher up – hey should have contacted you first to say they hadnt recieved payment not just cancelled! x x

That’s bollocks! Mya and first medical should be communicating better than this, they work alongside each other and know how important it is to get it right! I’m with the others, speak to somebody more senior at mya to see what can be done. Hope you get it sorted hun xxx

I am fuming, I rang lauren and said mya knew that i had been approved, they knew when they were getting paid, NO ONE has contacted me, they have my mobile number, my house phone, my dads mobile number and i can assure you no one called. She is going to ring me tomorrow @ 11am to see what she can do but i am absolutely fuming! I cannot get any other time off work, i already had to re arrange as i was originally booked for 29th but mr traynor is on holiday so mya rearranged for 22nd. i changed all my holidays in work, there is NO WAY i am changing again! xxx

Thanks Sammy, just rang MYA and asked to speak to complaints the boy explained that they will have all gone home so he took my details and said he would pass them along. I hope to God they sort something because i really will go insane if they don’t! I’ve done EVERYTHING right and there is NO WAY that this should have happened! xxx

Ahh l had my surgery done with hospital group. Mr Adriano Seno he was fab! Surgery done in Dolan Park had my consultation in wimpole cambridge. To be honest seems like customer service is not great where ever u go l had issues with Hospital group even sent a letter of complaint but its the surgeons that keep it all together xx Hope u do get it sorted like the other girls said they should of given a couple of days after all u still have til the 22nd June (NEXT BLOODY WEDNESDAY) Im fuming that these companies can really distroy people’s life especially when there getting paid thousands! RANTING ON. Sorry chick lol xxx

ITs bang out of order they cancelled without spkn to u first. What if ur family could have leant u the money… They havent even checked. Some clinics are shit and they need to be shook hard! Seems like a complete lack of coms constantly!

Haven’t heard anything yet, I rang them and said im on the understanding that FML pay you 2 days before a surgery, the guy said yes thats correct i said well why has my surgery been cancelled????? he said head office will ring me back, im still waiting xxxxx
