From what iv heard the cuis have more chance of rippling than the naturelles and have less gaurentee in them I may be wrong but im sure the cuis have 10 years or 4 i cant rmember its 10 or 4 lol i think :/ and the naturelles have lifetime gaurentee…xxx

hey hun, from my understanding at what I was told at my consulation the CUI’s are the cheapest type of implant and more like to ripple etc, then there are the naturelle repsonsives which are more expensive which less chance of rippling and the more expensive premium implant are the Allergan soft touch range which was recommended to me as I asked what the best type of long lasting implant was.

The cuis are less filled than the natrelles so they have a higher ripple rate, but your surgeon wouldn’t let you have them if he knew the odds are you will ripple…. I had overs with only a little breast tissue so I wasn’t even offered the cuis.
If your having overs your surgeon must be confident you have enough tissue to cover them and if your having unders there’s even less to worry about,,,,
If your still worried have a word with mya see how much extra natrelles would be and if you can afford it change just to put your mind at rest… But natrelles do ripple as well just less often xx

I’m having CUI’s under the muscle. I’m not worried at all about rippling as my PC had the same partially under and a lot bigger (510) and hers looked great xXx

Hi, my PC suggested CUI earlier today but I’m worrying now about the ripple rate. I know natrelle are more expensive but it’d be worth paying the extra definitely. I’m a 34B atm, size 10, 5ft5 but my boobs start quite low down and are quite empty so I think they’d be going over the breast tissue rather than under muscle. If that’s the case, would CUI be ok for me or should I look into natrelle? I’m probably overthinking too much! Meeting Mr Mounir 14th Nov so hoping he can give me some more advice x

Remember girls your surgeon knows best and if he says your suitable for cuis, trust him!
I had overs n not much tissue so I couldn’t have them , so like I say trust the surgeons opinion, no point worrying xxx

Hello hun I’ve got the CUI implants, I’m 3 weeks 1 day post op.. Would defo recommend them they are fine for me. Don’t feel as real as my friends who has natrelle but shes 8 weeks post op and I’m only 3 so that might make a difference too. Don’t be too worried about the CUI, everyone on here sways from them and gives them quite negative press but they don’t actually have them.. Do what you thinks best hun xxx

I have CUIs too and don’t see any problem with them, my PC has CUIs and hers look fantastic. Plus I liked the feel of them they were less firm so I figure may feel more real? Natrelle have a lifetime guarantee and CUI have 10 year guarantee however I was told by my surgeon and PC that implants often need changing between 5-10 years so the lifetime guarantee is quite irrelevant? Choose whatever you decide is best for you – they are both high quality implants xxx

u basically have to look at it a lifetime warranty for a product that only cost about £500 anyway and ur paying that much extra for them ? makes no sense just cause cui carry a 10yr warranty doesn’t mean u have to change them in 10yrs just means if the burst extra u will have to pay the extra £500 for the implant whereas with naturallas they will pay

bottom line ur just paying the £500quid now rather than later they are both the same product

rippling will happen regardless if ur slim and go over and have a big implant people with naturalles rippl,e just as must look at all the famous people who ripple doubt they went for the cheaper option xx

heyy they say natrelle’s have less chance of rippling (i dont believe it) lol as rippling is caused by the implants being to big, skin to thin, not alot of breast tissue ect…me and my sister hace CUI’S no problems at all hope this helps xx

I’ll just see what the surgeon says in a few weeks. I think I was recommended CUIs because they’re more affordable but I would rather invest in the extra £500 if natrelle are better! But after all, the surgeon knows best! My only worry with CUI is that I read they aren’t used in America as they aren’t FDA approved and they’re relatively new…but new could be a good a thing as it it could mean they’re improved from traditional implants! x

I was told, that due to my age (21) i would have to have the surgery done again later on in life, so this is something to think about, i was told at not even a AA cup that i could have either implant. The CUI are cheaper yes, but if you have to have surgery done again at a later time in life, is it worth the cheaper ones to start with then move on to the Natrelle ones after having children etc if you do. I choose to have the natrelle ones but in two minds now to go for the cheaper ones. best thing to do is talk to your surgeon, he wouldn’t allow you to have the wrong type of implant to your body. 🙂 I hope you get the ones you want.. xxx

Rippling can happen with either implants. If you have naturelles you still have to have them replaced at the same time as cuis the nurse just told me the only difference is the soft touch are actually harder than cuis and they just have extra layers. I was advised to have cuis and then when I have children have naturelles. You definition have to have them replaced after a certain amount of years or even just removed. Xx

cui implants have 10 year’s guarantee natrelle have life time, but they both need to be changed after 10/15 year’s xx

Hi the cui’s are an old type of implant they have been around longer, I have chosen the naturelles as i would rather spend the extra just in case but saying that my mom had breast implants in 1988 and she has had no issues whatsoever and hasn’t had to have them changed I think it just depends on individual cases! Xx
