    Hi Girls
I was just wondering how many of you, have had a BA using the ‘inspira’ implant and how many of you just had the cui implant which MYA use regularly?
I considered having the inspira but was informed that the cui’s that MYA use everyday are just as good!!
What do you girls think? Are the inspira worth the extra? Too late for me now as my ba is on Wednesday, but was just curious as to what others think!! xx

what is the reason that you are having inspira? where you recommended them by the surgeon or did you ask for these?

I had inspira implants because i had tubular like tissue and they are less likly to ripple as they are filled more than the CUI. If your surgeon has recommended them i would go with what they say.

    Hi jojo
I’m not having the inspira implant and I wasn’t offered them. I only considered having them and asked my pc about them. I was told apart from the extra layering there wasn’t much difference. xx

Hi Lizzie, i had the CUI implants last August and am very happy with my 36DDs.

I wasn’t actually offered the Inspira ones, and at the time of my consultation didn’t even realise that they offered different types of Allergan implants. It has only been since my ba, that i realised that they do different grades.

Good luck for Wednesday, i’m sure you will be very happy with your new boobies xx

sophie – both implants have the same contents inside the implants so dont worry about it. Trust your surgeon if he thought you needed them then he would have told you. I didnt really have much (any) tissue at the top of my breast it was all lower down so this increased the chances of rippling.
I spoke to 2 surgeons one said that i should have them and the other said that it was up to me.
Dont worry about rippling, you just need to massage your boobs after the op (usually around 6weeks) this can reduce any scar tissue forming.

Lizzie – If you wernt recommended them i would go for the CUI they are used by MYA on most of their patients all the time.
