on top of all the desisions we have to make i have this one too….. i understand cui have a 10yr guar and naturel have 25yr guar but my surg told me i wouldnt have to replace them it would be my personal choice but at my consultation she was really trying to sell me naturel , im a size 8 and 32aa been advised unders 340/380 any advise would be great, to be honest the price diffrence is pretty big so what to do??? thanks
Hmmmm i had the CUI ones 4 months ago, and they are fine. I wasn’t actually given a choice at the time, just told that they would be Allergan and i knew they were good implants so didn’t ask any further.
I thought that there was only one type at the time, but now i know they do different ones, i don’t really know why i wasn’t offered a choice. I am very happy with mine tho’.
Chances are, in 10 years time or so, i bet most of us will be having a re-op for one reason or the another !!!

i had the naterelle implants with dr adamo 3 weeks ago.i choseto have them myself as i did a lot of research on them and they seemed to be the best implants out there and when i asked the dr he said they are better cuz they have that extra layer that prevents ruptures and i just felt more comfortable knowing i have the best. its a personal choice really but i felt that i am spending 4 grand and the extra
