It’s a personal choice depending what you want from the results and the Implant, natrelles have more size choices, everyone tends to be happy with what they have. Think about the size, chance of cc, warranty etc and then compare them, this worked for me and helped me with my choice x

They are both good implants. Ask to see and feel both of them when you see your surgeon, and ask what he/she thinks will be best for you hun x

ive already been to a consultation and they dint give me the choice but im having another consultation at NU cosmetics and im thinking of cui coz the price is only 2999 this is an offer they are normally 3999 but i could get them done before xmas with these if i choose to have them xx

CUI come in low and high profile, natrelles come in low, med, high and extra high. The dimensions are different, eg the 380 CUI would not have an equivalent 380 in the natrelle. They don’t tend to promote the natrelles, I went and researched myself and then decided. Pro’s and cons for example – natrelles are lifetime guarantee against rupture, they have a thicker outer shell, and the soft touch natrelle is best against rippling, and capsular contracture, however, the breast tissue will stick to it better and may be more difficult to remove if you decided to haver another op to have a bigger size later on. The responsive look the most natural and are the softest. However, some girls say you can’t tell the difference between them and the CUI’s. With the CUI’s, the bigger the implannt the wider they are, but you could get a higher projection natrelle without going up in width, which is good if you’re small framed. it really is a personal choice. I have a physical job and wanted an implant that would withstand being knocked about, and reduced the chance of needing a reop, so soft touch was the best choice for me, but everyone has different priorities. The extra cost is minimal considering the price of the op, but if money is an issue then that’s another factor to consider.

Hey Hun, what I did was I ordered the size I wanted in cui, natrelle responsive and natrelle soft touch and let the surgeon say what was best for what I wanted to achieve.

Responsive cost an extra £308 and softtouch £461. What I did was paid the £461 and was advised if the surgeon chose the cui all would be refunded at my post op appointment, if he chose the responsive then £159 wud be refunded at post op appointment.

I went for natrelles because my natural boobs were quite wide and natrelles were wider in the size I wanted, the projection was also not as much as the cui (I didn’t want the sticky out look) and the added bonus that that have a lifetime warranty and £700 given towards any surgery needed if they needed replacing means that altho £3-400 quid extra sounds a lot in principle, for lifetime cover it’s well worth it! Cui only have a 10 year warranty, however cui are still very popular so as said earlier it really is dependant on ur own personal requirements xxx

im 5.2 weigh 8 stone 4 and i think im a 36b at the minute mario russo said 410cc thats the responsive to make me look a dd if i chose to go with cui what size woult it be do u know to get me to a dd xx

The prob is whether or not to look or measure a DD, I went B to DD with a 400 but thats extra high profile which has given me that extra bit of size, the average is 150cc = 1 cup size but as you prob can see from the forum this can vary person to person, you sounds like you have a small frame so you might find it takes you bigger. The only 410 responsive is low profile though, so that has v little projection, have a look through the sizes as it may help you see how the implants differ. My implant had a projection of 5.8cm and that got me to a DD x

I have been advised to go with Naturelles because my skin is so thin. The surgeon says their is quite a high chance of getting rippling with the CUI implants with my thin, fragile skin. I think for that reason I am going to go with the Naturelles. If my skin wasn’t so damaged I would probably stick with the CUI’s. x

Same here. Breastfeeding three kids and losing ALOT of weight. It looks really wrinkly and crepey and I have no elasticity left at all. I went from a small B cup to a G cup with my first child, then I was up and down in size after that. They are a mess lol!

You would still be able to have the CUI, rippling is a funny thing so you can never tell whether you’ll get it or not, you could get it with any implant, some are just less likely to result in it than others. I don’t think I’ve heard of a surgeon who has refused to use the CUI’s, you just need to fully research and come to a decision that best suits you. I think it depends on each individual and the surgeon’s personal opinion hun. My surgeon did say it was entirely my choice and the CUI implant might not cause rippling, but I have a better chance of not getting rippling with the Natrelles. He was perfectly willing to go ahead with the CUI’s though if I decided to go with that. There isnt a big difference in the two types of implants from what I could see in the samples – the Natrelle one seemed softer and not as firm as the CUI but that was about it. x

Just out of interest SYK, are you having an uplift too? My surgeon is absolutely adamant I need a lift as well as implants. Just wondering as you said you have loose skin from breastfeeding. Tell me to mind my own business if you like!

Yes. The natrelles contain a softer gel.

I was hoping my surgeon would say I didnt need a lift, for cost more than anything lol! At the very most just nip lift anyway. He wants me to have the works (full lift and the biggest implants he can use for my skin). I will take a look at your pics, thanks. I’ll compare haha!

Oh hun your boobies are MUCH better than mine! Defo not saggy like mine are. I cant see why you couldnt go for the cui’s if that what you want. I was told the chance of me getting rippling with cui’s was a 1 in 4 chance, not sure what the odds are for normal boobs.

MINE ARNT NORMAL HA HA AND THANX YES IT DID HURT BUT WAS WORTH IT IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO DO IT MEANS ALOT TO ME GOT MY 3 BOYS NAMES AND THE BLUE ROSE IS WHAT MY GRANDAD HAD IT HIS FUNERAL WEN HE DIED XX
