Hi girls do you think there is much diff between the standard implants? is it worth it to pay more to upgrade? are the basic implants good enough?

The cui’s are absolutely fine, it’s just personal preference and whether you want to pay a little bit more to reduce some of the risks x

so its more about risks, then they look better sort of thing.x

I went basic hun. I was willing to pay more for responsives or soft touch but my surgeon said he wasn’t prepared to recommend that I do. He said he is more than happy with the results from the CUI’s. 7 weeks down the line, I am more than happy too. I’ve had no problems what so ever so far (touch wood!)

I had soft touch as they are firmer and like a solid gummy gel as opposed to liquid- so you could cut through the implant and it would stay put.

-eliminates any leaking as its a cohesive gel not liquid

-reduces chances of rippling because it holds its shape

    -lifetime guarantee

personally i just liked the feel of them and also that they don’t ripple when you pick them up in your hand xxx

best way to choose is at your consult when you can have a feel of all of them !

listen to your surgeons recommendation aswell, it depends on your current breast tissue, so some people wouldnt benefit from having the responsives to achieve a more natural look, where some would. my surgeon told me i would achieve the natural look that i wanted better with the responsives over the soft touch and cuis xx

    Agreed! Listen to your surgeon.

I had enough dense breast tissue so even if I did pay extra for the upgrades, no one would notice.

Your surgeon will be able to advise what’s best for you :) Definitely worth the research though because it’s like £400 odd extra.

i would totally agree with chelsxx, i had very little breast tissue and wanted a natural and very full look, so i was told that the responsives with a bigger profile would acheive this. Alot of it is down to touch as well, mine apparently will feel natural although at the moment they are like huge hard watermelons so it’s hard to believe!!! :-) xx

hi guys, george85, i was just wondering if the soft touch ones that u had, if they feel firmer do they make ur boobs feel harder when u have them as implants, compared with cui’s or responsives? x
