Currently small 32D, previous breast cancer, 390cc/440cc !!

Hi all,
I’m not having my surgery with Mya but find this forum really useful. Was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer 4 years ago. All ok now 👍 My consultant has suggested that now is a good time to correct symmetry from lumpectomy. We agreed on implants as I’m too small for a fat transfer, although, many family members have offered to donate their fat 😂

I’m concerned that 390/440 high profile will look too big. Currently a small 32D (not all at full), I look more like a 32C, 5’6, 9st 6lb & size 10. 390/440 is the maximum size I can have.

Any ladies that were naturally slightly bigger before implants? or any opinions on size please? x

So I used to be a 36DD, lost weight and ended up an empty 36B and I just had 545cc high profile teardrop unders.

I didn’t have much tissue pre op just empty breasts so can’t really comment there. But have you showed your surgeon photos of what you’d like to achieve? My best advice is, don’t worry about cup sizes or ccs, find pics of what you like and ask your surgeon what it would take for you to get a similar look. They will be able to say “to get this you’d need ___” or “that’s not going to be achievable for you because_____”. My surgeon said I defo needed teardrop shape and some of my dream pics were round so they were ruled out but it was great for me to be very realistic throughout and it means I knew exactly what to expect from my results!

That’s what I did and I was so shocked he suggested 490/545 but I’m so glad I listened to him as it is perfect for my body frame (I’m tall and broad 5,9 and 13 stone/size 12). Everyone says go for the bigger of what your surgeon suggests so that’s what I opted to do and I am so happy with my results 🤗

I noticed on another post that you’re having your op at Spires. That’s where I’m having my op. I’m having the same surgeon who did my breast cancer op. I’ve been seeing him for 4 years now so trust him but it’s still scary.

Thanks Amy. I’m gaining confidence that going for the biggest size offered is the right decision.

As suggested I have seen pictures of my consultant’s work and said what I prefer look and size wise. I only get to choose the size. The shape, placement, projection is determined by my medical history. Good thing really as I would never be able to decide 😂
