customer service is terrible!!

been waiting for a month for a refund! constantly being told someone will ring me back and they never do!!

costing my mum a fortune ringing for me as its a 0845 number.

wish they would just get it sorted. everytime we ring, we get told, we have either been refunded!! which we have definatly not been! or get told they don’t know whats going on.

they take your money easy enough but giving it back is a nightmare!

and i don’t even have a pc to contact as my other one left and i havent been given a new one!

Can you not ring the clinic directly? Why are you getting a refund? X

ive done that, always get told i’ll get a call back. and getting a refund as they refused to do surgery as i have mental health problems and my doctor didnt see the point in writing a letter as its something i’ve decided myself x

Have you tried getting in touch with head office? That’s terrible and your doctor as well. It’s not hard to write a quick letter. I’m presuming all MYA wanted from him is a statement saying your well etc. I hope you get your money back soon. X.

Omg. How long have they had it? If you owe a bank money you get charged interest until you’ve paid you’re balance. They can’t do this!! I’d give them a date to pay me by, if the date passes with no payment then get I solicitor on them. X

If you paid by credit card isn’t there something they can do to get the money plus interest incurred off them? Im sure there’s measures in place where if it’s fraudulently used or you pay for an item you don’t receive then they investigate and either retrieve the money or refund you. I’d make them aware of the situation as well. These lot are taking the piss. X

I don’t think mya have any idea what there doing at the mo. My pc was menta ring me back 5 weeks ago, so I’ve given up there. Then the other day I got a letter saying I’d missed my post op check up… I haven’t even booked my op yet aha xx

well shock horror i still dont have my money, even though they said it would be in my bank yesterday afternoon! x
