Cut by nurse

Hi girls, just wondering when having your dressings changed were you ever cut by the nurse?

On my 5 week check up after surgery the nurse accidentally cut me and it kills!! I have a really high pain threshold and had NO pain at all during/after my reduction but this cut really is painful. I’m not sure whether this should be expected during dressing change or whether it’s negligence?
