As you are all great forum users it shows that you are already researching and are active about gathering info online. This is awful. There are some horrible ppl about willing to do anything for money.

There’s been loads of press about this for the last year. A lot of clinics were using PIP implants which they thought were good but it turned out the supplier was using cut price silicone.

Lots of women are now having to have them replaced due to rupturing, some under warranty, some not.

These implants have been illegal for a couple of years and aren’t being used by anyone anymore

I was going to say, even some surgeons working for mya have used PIP implants in the past because they were deemed safe at the time. it’s true that you have to be super careful if you go overseas for surgery but some of the worlds experts are based overseas so it’s all about how you go about researching etc xx

All I am going to say ladies is the reason I’m having a re-aug next tuesday with MYA is because I have PIP implants and Surgicare who I went with 4 years ago said they won’t take them out because, and I Quote: “tests showed that they where safe”.

Now I hear Surgicare have gone bust…..no pun intented!

omg thts mingin! im sorry but i think ppl are foolish to go abroad for surgery in the 1st place if you want a good result then pay the price. Its like goin 2 the shupermarket, you want good cheese?? by the dearer stuff x

I agree if the price is too good to be true then somethings not right BUT it’s got nothing to do with going overseas, I’m going to Dubai in December for lipo and it’s going to cost way more than what I would pay here but I wanted an expert and dr Toledo is a pioneer so I’m going to him. unfortunately when it comes to the worlds best surgeons most are based overseas in America for example where surgery is a lot more common. Boobs are straight forward so I’m glad I stayed here xx
