Day 1 post-op 300cc HP under

Hi ladies, day 1 today and I’m loving my new boobies, but very painful, my muscles and chest feel very stretch and I can’t move my arms and get up on my own. It’s very painful. Any advice? I attached photo welcome to have a look. ?xxx
