day 11 PO when will my boobs go soft they rock hard at the moment

starting to feel worried…i know the hardness is normal in beginning…when will they drop/settle and get softer…im 11 days post op.

and my right is sitting higher and more swollen than the left…heard this is normal too but want to make sure…
