day 2 PO feeling good..just a quick question:-)

After a sore day yesterday I feel great today, had 9 hours sleep last night..made kids breakfast this morning and done some light house work (just some clothes folding ect) justa quick question my sports bra feels much looser today..like still supportive but not as much.my swelling has gone done loads over night..should I now change my sports bra from the 36 to 34? Or stick with the one i have…
Sleep really is the best healer…which is perfect as I love sleeping

Sarah I don’t feel that my swelling has gone down or I didn’t have much swelling gonna wait a few more days I think before I try my 34 on

I was told not to wear my bra, am I meant to?

I was told that the swelling won’t be gone for at least 3 months and that it will go up and down x

I found their service really poor actually the dr who gave me my antibiotics even spelt my name wrong. No one came to see me except the people who did my blood pressure.

Where did you all have your surgery? Was planning on booking soon with mya but if the service is poor then I may have second thoughts x

I had mine at Fitzroy London. I posted earlier re yesterday and I said I wasn’t given anything but paracetamol and now I have to go buy cocodomal but find it difficult to walk outside because the vibrations going to my chest. I am happy with the outcome but they do not give any good aftercare

Just to let u know I didn’t go with mya, I’ve spoken to my pc and she has said if the 34 is comfortable then wear it, the 36 feels like its not supporting my back as I can fit 4 fingers down the side.don’t get me wrong the swelling is still there but not as bad as yesterday..i know it won’t have disappeared fully ofcourse!! My surgeon came and checked on me twice after and even brought me a cup of tea the second Time

Are u not wearing a bra Alexis? I haven’t got any strapping so it may be different for me, my nurse helped me put it on and my surgeon came and adjusted it before I went home x

No I just have strapping on I might ask others if they are x

Maybe it all depends on the surgeon. I put mine on to go out for a bit but took it off again. I’m going to email my pc

Yes I agree the nurses were lovely helpful but didn’t see my surgeon so I don’t no if everything went well even but others said it did I guess if there was a problem then I would have been told
