day 2 feeling really stiff boobs have expanded again tip for when you take ya medication have a alarm on ya phone so you dont miss none and moisture your boobs. With cocoa butter cream bio oil and cocoa serum so gets good cycle for no stretchmarks I got all 3 so I take turns on 1 of each every 8 hours helps stop the itching and cause of stretchmarks I am very prone the breast band before you go asleep pad it out under your armpits woke up this morning I defo felt ouchy from it. Oh top tip buy memory foam pillow with v pillow I was moulded did not have any broken sleep was very supported

Hey Debbie I added you hope that’s ok. Just wondered why u chose 460 instead of 525’s or was it the surgeons choice?? What were you before op and what did surgeon say u should be when they’ve settled plz I u don’t mind answering xxx

I didn know till after surgery hun cause I had tubular breasts and had no muscle what so ever he had to reconstruct both breasts he tried 525 but were too big for me not enough skin measuring at 34dd but still got more to grow
