hun i wouldnt risk going paint balling, im met to go in may when ill be 3 months post opp but im opting out of it just incase i get shot in the boob, and i was slightly restricted at 22 days, i wouldnt say in much pain but still couldnt lift anything heavy in work. plus your having unders so you’ll have a longer healing period than someone with over xx

I’m 24 days po, I feel fine and move fine but I wouldnt risk my scars tearing and the implants falling out… Haha

No strenuous exercise for 3 months and I think paint ball falls under that…

i dunno, but i wouldnt risk anything that hindered my healing so early on, im gutted i cant go with work in may, but its not worth risking anything happening after ive spend all that money. if your dead set on going phone your pc and ask her, but i would have thought she will advice strongly against it xx

I agree with Nikki. Plus with my first ba, I start doing light exercise at 4 weeks po n later my right scar took longer to heal as it was darker than the left n I am a right hand. I want no or minimal scars.. But no one would recommend it, it is at your own risks…

Plus you can encourage the boobs to move apart if you get too physical too early.. But like nikki said, unders take much longer to recover so doubt you will be up for it anyway..

quaser, would say no, roller skating also no as the arm balancing may be hard and theme parks a definate no unless you were planning on just walking around and not going on any rides? lol

Don’t risk anything so early, they still have so much healing to do, i’m 10 weeks and mine are still healing a bit, get really achy if i do too much housework even.

Not worth spending all that money then ruining them by rushing the healing x

weird my surgeon said i can do all sorts of exercise after 6 weeks and i quote “you can do everything, aerobics and everything!”

lol i think talk with your surgeon and see what they say. i pole dance and asked about that and he said i should leave it longer for that like 8 weeks.

remember for paint-balling you need to wear that tight protective gear. it might hurt :(
