day 3 and in agony

hi,im on day 3 now.i am in total agony.phoned docs lastnite for some tramadol instead of cocodamol,as they are doing nothing for the pain whatsoever.i cant even lift myself up by myself.my boobs are still numb.how long does this last for? Im going to have a bath today and get my husband to wash my hair.it wil also be a relief to take my bra of for 10mins while i have a bath and let a bit of air in.my sides are also achin frm where the drains had been put and are all bruised.it probably doesnt help that i am rhesus negative,so i bruise easily.dont mean to moan,i knew the pain would be bad,but not this bad.i had 460’s,i dont know if this makes any difference.i would like to hear if u had severe pain,how long it lasted for and when the numbness went away from your boobies? Have you got your Tramadol yet?? i think thisis why you are in so much pain as they should never have just give you Cocodomol, especially being Rhesus neg!

My boobs are numb and I can’t move well, bruised and ithy – but the pain is now bearable (worse than yesterday though!) I think this is due to Tramadol.. just feel sick when I eat So i will prob be a size 6 after the recovery period!!

Let me know when you have your tramadol, I have safety pinned my bra closer together too to make them go closer!!

hi rach,your not my stalker,its nice to have sum1 to chat to at the same time.my hubby gone for the prescription for me.they helped when i took one in the hospital.how are u where the drains were.my bra at the bot feels a bit tite as wel,think ill get a bra extender,or so it on from an old bra to give me an extra couple inches then not too tight where the scars are.have you had a bath yet? hiya chick, have 2 tramadol when you first get them.. I so hope they work for you, I had a dressing over where I had drains out but I took it off today as started to irritate me!! My bra is fine except I have pulled it in at the middle and safety pinned it, I have not had a bath as Mr aurakzi said I should not enter a bath for 6-8 weeks after op, going to have shower and just get bottom half wet.. The nurse rang today and said DON’T have shower and get boobs wet for a week.. but Mr Aurakzi said it was fine so not sure what to do! my boobs are really swollen and numb but thats to be expected,

Hi there im 9 days post op..today is the best day ive had so far..my right boob didnt give me much jib anyway but my left been a nightmare..all swollen and dumb been bk see mr adamo he said swelling due to some trapped blood it has been a nightmare my boob bigger than the other then the pain and swelling i had that cocodamol and paracetamol i found that really good but stopped as kept going dizzy on it was quite scary…my swollen 1 seems a tiny bit better today consid im told this can take up to 2 mnths to heal…wearing a bra i thinks helps as least ya held in but my god this itching scars are nightmare since dressings off…

funny how quick they settle though as say day day 9 i can move my boobs a lil there getting spongy and dropped some too xx

Mine have changed shape and only on day 3!!!

hi,had 2 tramadol,feel a little bet.dan just showered me and wash and dried my hair,and ive put a bit of make up on.i feel a bit better for that as wel.i was laughin the shower i was cold and my nipples dint go hard,thats a first,weird but tickled me.cant wait to be able to feel them.be careful in the shower though as i felt a bit dizzy when i got out.hpefully i wil feel loads better.how are u feelin? How much of the implant is swelling?i dont want them to go any smaller

awww ao happy Tramadol is working… think i over did it earlier and from 1pm was in agony.. So had 2 Tramadol and I am high as a kite now

I keep going dizzy and tingly too think thats the tablets.. you taking paracetamol along side your tramadol?? i am !!

Do you know I am also scraed about the swelling too.. keep saying to Shaun that I keep expecting Milk to be leaking out of them.. as it feels like I am breast feeding again! keep thinking I will wake up and they will have dissapeared.. I hope they don’t go down muchmore.. what Bra size are you in now? .. I have just noticed loads more bruising on them too

just had my second lot of tramadol.ditto with the dizziness,we just need to be carefull. Are u boobs a bit of an odd shape,and are your nipples where they was before or slightly to the side? Have u been taking pics? Take care x

I got told that they may be a odd shape for at least few months so I am not worrying.. I have taken pics before and after.. each day too.. massive differene from when I was in hospital, my boobs are wider apart than they were before but they will come closer once they go softer.. I am sat with a hot water bottle wrapped in a towell in my back (shoulder blades) I would recommend it. it relaxes your front and has helped me

have you being taken pics? I would not worry about shape yet hunny.. they won’t be perfect till they have settled xx

Hi Patsy – I have some safety pins and I have just grabbed the middle brought it in and put safety pin through.. helped me loads xx

i have pinned mine today as well.this bra slightly different,so pinned it.the tramadol have helped loads today,they have just made me tired,but i would rather have less pain. Are u on facebook rach? X
