day 3 po .. tingling and burning sensation

Hello, I’ve woken up with tingling and burning sensation behind my nipples. Is this just my nipples getting sensation back? Its quite uncomfortable should I be worried? x

Thanks tina. I think I’m worrying coz I’ve had no pain whatsoever. Its a really weird feeling kind of like vibrating x

Im sure you have nothing to worry about honey,you may start hearing gurgling sounds too,if that happens it is just small amounts of air dispersing,give the nurse a ring just to put your mind at ease.xxx

Try not to worry yourself, your boobs will go through so many different stages over the next few weeks, I’m only 16 days po op and had no pain really since day three but thursday started getting pains in my nipple, and slightly by my inscsions, but after speaking to the nurse she told me it’s just your boobs repairing themselves, but speak to a nurse to reassure you Hun. Xx

Hi, I’ve got the same burning sensation. I feel like the skin all over my boobs have been sunburnt and are tender and tingling. I am 15 days po and saw the nurse few days ago. She said its a common feeling. I’ve also had a kind of creaking/ gurgling in my right breast, it’s freaked me out a little bit!?!

If you read the boobie bible and po op tips a lot of girls have put what they have gone through in the first few weeks and it’s really helpful and stops u from worrying so much x

glad its all normal was just very unexpected when I woke up! Still can’t feel my nipples but somethings definately going on behind them!!! x
