Day 4 advice please ladies xx

Hello ladies I currently have the compression tape on in a figure of 8 and I’m finding they are swelling so much and becoming soooo heavy I’ve tried putting my macom on to relieve some of that weight is this a no no or do you think it’s a good idea? Don’t know if you experienced this at all? Xx
