Day 6 PO. Right arm aching down to hand

I’m day 6 post op and I could lift my arms fine before this but now since last night it felt like I had bad bruising inside and all the way from (bra fat) to my hand and now I can no longer lift it has anyone experience this? I had uplift with implants 350cc overs xx
