day after op – ouch!!

So had my 700 bad boys done yesterday and have woken up barely able to move(Boobs feel very tight and sore) and my back is aching like mad from sleeping sat up. Please tell me if this is normal & if so how long will it last?!? Do you think a little walk would loosen them up a bit? Xx

It’s really normal Hun, I was in agony the day after my op!! Try putting a pillow under your knees so your legs are slightly bent, it tends to take the pressure off your back. Keep on with your painkillers and keep your chin up Hun it will pass xx

Thanks hun, my hips are aching like mad too, think I over did the cleaning day before my op which isn’t helping!! Will Defo get a pillow for under my legs. Xx

Haha it was all the excitement of getting boobies!!! I kinda wish I’d gone bigger now, oh well, maybe next time lol!! The tightness will take a few days to go but every day will get easier xx

The first week is the worst and you’ll worry like mad and experience all kind of odd aches and pains swishing feeling and vibrating boobs to it’s all normal and part of healing take it easy and you’ll be fine best to rest rather than walk around as I found they ached when up an about xx Sam xx
