Day case or overnight stay??

I really cant decide what to do – so many people are telling me to have an overnight stay, but id much prefer to be in my own bed – plus the money. I don’t really think its worth it for the added cost .. any advice please?? xx

hi i was just a day case but stayed locally in a hotel.

i was a day case and stopped in a hotel nearby, as they usually say you need to live 30 mins from the hospital incase of complications, but they would like you to stop with someone.

and if they think you need to stay over, they will keep you in at no extra cost anyways.

i hate hospitals, and found i could have actually stayed as the beds where perfect for resting with my new boobs xx

Just do a daycase if you’re allowed. If need be they will keep you in anyway at no cost x

i dont live that far from the hospital anyway so its easier to come home. il have my mum and bf looking after me so i should be fine, just wanted to see if it was really worth it xx

I was day case + defo thought it was better as u are stiffer and not numb frm the morphine the next morning, so I knew I wudnt want a car journey n cud stay in own bed with my mum n bf stayin over insted of on my own in a hospital xx
