Day Case or Overnight stay????

Hi lovely Ladies,

you advise is greatly accepted!

i have booked my BA for 27th Oct @ Highgate.

i am a day case, but abit worried as never had a operation before so never been put to sleep… will i be ok going home, my fiancee will be with me..

what would you reccommend? xxx

I’ve got mine booked for 23rd september. I have never had a GA before, also scared about it, i’ve got a day case because i know i wont like staying in, will just be itching to get out. I think they will keep you in till they are happy that everything is fine and if you have to stay over night then thats what will happen.

Hi all, I had my BA last Friday and was a daycase. I’ve had a few GAs and really you have nothing to worry about. I stayed locally in a hotel and had no problems at all. You are that tired after a GA that you should sleep OK wherever you are. xxx
