DD from an unmeasured 32/34A

Hi girls
Just abit unsure on sizes…im having surgery in 3weeks at Birmingham and as im a pretty empty A cup just thought DD sounded ample n it probably is but the more im hearing about girls looking smaller than this even if they r measuring it and wishing they had gone bigger really unsure on size and my surgeon Mr Scarvoni ive spelt this wrong! Well he seems to need pushing to perform the bigger boobies as most r natural n smaller than expected from what ive read…..
