Defo going with MYA, very angry with Harley Medical Group!!

Well what a day ive had.. went to Bromley for my consultation took ages to find it so i rung them for directions, my appointment was at 1pm and HMD had no record that i was coming!! I receieved 2 confirmation letters, an email and a text message but when i arrived they said i had no appointment!! WAS SO ANGRY!!!!

Has anybody else had bad experiences with HMG or other clinics? xx

I had a bad experience with both transform and the hospital group. Transform was exactly the same as yours, they had cancelled my appointment and didn’t let me know and I’d gone all the way to Sheffield grr and hosp group ran 50 mins over and the surgeon rushed through my appointment in ten mins it’s was dreadful lol x

Well after reading all posts on the link posted above I am so glad that I cancelled my appointment with them after meeting the lovely ladies from the Leeds mya clinic.

WELL DONE MYA u seem to be the only ones willing to help the poor women that received these pip implants.

HMG have seriously shattered their reputation xx

I had the same prob with the brom branch so I cancelled n then they didn’t stop calling me 4 weeks!! X

Hmg are terrible at customer service !

HMG definatly seem all about the money and considering all the bad press there having recently due to the PIP scandle you think they would try double hard to make new clients feel wanted!!! MYA ALL THE WAY!!!
