Delayed period post op. Anyone experienced this?

I’m three days late and it’s not normal for me. There is no way I’m pregnant so just wondering if this is normal?

I didn’t honey, had my period on time. It could be due to the painkillers, anesthetic etc? xxx

Sometimes went body is under going new changes, your period cycle is effected. Stress, health, lifestyle changes, diet, medication, mental/ physical/ emotions and other aspects can affect your period cycle. Xx
