Hey guys, so i had to cancel my rhino for the 26th aug, because i had a mri scan which showed i have a cyst in my brain.
I told my pc about this and gave her the scan results and she said its fine.
However, after this i booked another app with my gp and asked if i could have it done as i really want to do it this year and not next, they said that its up to myas surgeon and the person who does the general anesthetic..my pc told me that they refused to do surgery until im 100% in the clear, which i understood as they dont want any complications..
So i asked if i could have my deposit back, she said she is unsure and hasnt got back to me for atleast a week!
So i called head office, and they also said theyre unsure and that theyll get my pc to call me, and she still hasnt!
Ive even been texting her and no reply…Its a shame really. She used to call me everyday before i gave the deposit, and now that i cant have surgery its like she doesnt care. Shes obviously intrested in getting her commision! Its really unfair.
I need my deposit back, they refused so i dont see why it would be a problem and i told her two weeks before my op that i had a cyst.
Is anyone else in the same situation about getting their deposit refunded?
