depressed about bruising :(

Had closed rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago. Had cast of on saturday and love the results! The nose is perfect! Just what I wanted. However my bruising is very bad still. Have 2 hugs bruises under my eyes which haven’t faded at all. They are stil a red purple colour. Most people I’ve spoken to said their bruises had gone after 2 weeks so I’m worried that mine are so bad still. I want to get out and show off my new nose!! I’ve tried arnica but its not working!! Any advive. Am so worried xx

Put some cream/oil on the bruised areas and gently rub the skin with your fingers in a circular movement. You need to get the blood moving for the skin to repair itself. Do this about twice a day, it should help. x

Hi laura yeah the 30c tablets and the cream. Taking bromelain and vit c. Not sure what else to do!!? X
