they are fab, i couldnt recommend them enough! they have a gel aswel but the sheets are more intensive for bigger scars and the sheet will sit in place underneath your bra. i got told at 3weeks i could start using them because my scars were fully healed, but most people are told to wait 6wks, u wear them for 12-24 hours a day, rinse them through with water and a little soap and leave them to air dry, so they are reusable until they loose their stickyness. at the beginning the scars can be abit raised at the ends, or pluckerd, these sheets help to flatten them, reduce redness and visiblity. mine are just like a fine off white line now. really happy with the results :) but ive never heard bad things about them, they always have good reviews and are well worth the money! the largest sheet is rrp £96 i think it is, just under £100 anyway, and u can get that off ebay for around £20 xx

Has any of you who had a bruised breast used arnica? I’m only 1 week po and one of my breasts is a little bit bruised. Was thinking of using arnica but don’t know if or when they will be safe to use because of the scar. xxx
