wheres the best place to buy them? and how many in a pack do you need?
They come in one sheet hun, so you just cut them to the size you need to cover across the scar area. In the instructions it says to cover slightly further then where the scar ends. I would just buy one sheet and see how you go x
There’s some on eBay it’s the biggest sheet you can get for about £25 posted instead of £104 X
thats the ones i were looking at! will get those! thank you
xx
Do they really work?! I have my six week check in 13days and want something for my scars. Also my bf had a metal plate put in his ankle 2009 will it work on his scar or his too old now?! Xx
It is meant to work on old scars as well as new ones. Has been working ok on mine x
Hanks ash babe. Mine are really purple!! Im only 4wks like and i have very pale skin!!! Bring in the sunny Bs!!! Xxxx
I was told not to use them until 6 weeks post op but your surgeon may say diff. The purpleness will fade, your still only 4 weeks post op yet, i wouldn’t worry xx
iv been using them since wk3 and now 5months post op and my scars are lookin fab
xx
Coool… Im waiting till i see mr t on the 3rd may woo!! Gonna buy them now though
thanks girls xx
Has someone said previously that they are reusable? Do you take them off before you shower, then put them back on or do you keep them on while you shower? (Think i may have asked this before but I can’t find the post!) I have been using a mixture of bio oil and this Palmers Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E SERUM (not the cream). They are working wonders on my scars and as yet the dreaded stretch marks are being kept at bay!
I thought we had to wait 6 weeks to use them and any bio oil etc?? x
tiarastara- u rinse them through yea and let them air dry so u can use again. just use them as much as u can until the stickyness goes to get ur wear outa them.
my surgeon told me i could use the scar sheets from 3wks cz my scars were properly healed. so im presuming i could have used bio oil aswel. some peoples scars dnt heal v well tho and take a while. so i think its probs best to ask ur nurse wen u see them at the wk post op check up xx
