dianette

I’ve just started this pill, my skin has cleared up and my sex drive has increased, however, I am so hungry – like ravenous, and I can’t stop thinking about food!! what is wrong with me?! I was on mycrogynon before and experienced no side effects but this pill is like side effect city! And I have only been on it since monday! has anyone else experienced this with the pill or dianette?

yes i was on dianette for about 6 years, definately good for skin & sex drive, its one of the more stronger pills n has some mad side effects, some girls put on weight n others lose it..my friend put on a few stone n her boobs grew from a C to a F within 2 monthes of her goin on it, n when she came off it they shrank again!!

My titties went huge on that! And painful xxx

im currently on dianette, ive never experienced hunger on it but it does make me moody and has effected my sex drive xx

Ha ha, good job im having a BA in jan then imagine if i grew boobs by then, would be a right pain after waiting for years for them to grow! I lost weight recently to 7.10 and am now just eating loads, oops! did need to put some back on though!

Did you notice an effect if your sex drive straight away Nikki? Mine has increased for some reason (a lot of people on the web say it decreased theirs) x

not straight away i been on it on and off for around 5 years and its only the last year ive noticed it effecting my mood and sex drive xx

I was put on dianette for my acne apparently Cameron Diaz uses it. My skin was amazing but I became suicidal. Doctor took my off and decided spots were better than depression xxx

anchovie dianette is linked with depression apparently alot of people are taken off it for that reason, its one of the strongest contraceptives around and is also higher risk of blood clots than any other, if i had the choice again id never have gone on it, but its the only thing that clears my skin when ever i have come off it my spots come back 100 times worse than before i went on it xx

It’s clearly powerful drug . I suffer from bouts of acne too. My dad had terrible acne and luckily mum had good skin so i get half and half. I have clear skin just now and had dermaroller yesterday and apparently in six weeks my skin will look radiant haha

omg i have never, ever been told any of this!! I have been on it since i was TWELVE! (nearly 20 now) I went on it at 12 because it was the only thing which helped cramp, i used to get it so bad i had to be off school and then it was so much better!

And now if i forget to take it for a week or something, i get cramps so bad i could cry, i feel like i could murder my bf and i get spots everywhere compared to clear skin i usualy have…

I feel like im stuck!

I was told i shouldnt be on it for too long as ‘its not good for ur insides’…

im worried now! x

We all react differently and what works for one may not for someone else. It sounds as tho this pill works for your needs tones. Ask your doc if you are worrying. It had a bad effect on me but you are thriving on it? You feel ill or moody? Xxxx

Also after I came off it, I had a period for a month, my doc told me to have another period b4 I tried another pill & I caught pregnant!! Xxx
