Did anyone else look like they've been stabbed with a needle in their arm?

I’ve got a bruise on my arm where I look like I’ve been injected with something but I don’t know what. It’s a bit swollen and red around it too. Might this be the anti-sickness or something? They mentioned they’d given me a big dose of it before I came round but I thought that would be through the canular in my hand? x

My canula was in my arm. Xx
