Did anyone get told not to wear underwire bra for 3 months?

I always heard and read 6 weeks but when they discharged me yesterday they sad 3 months no underwire bras and also 3 months no sport. There is no way I can’t work out for 3 months.

I was told 3 month for the bra, and to be honey I tried wearing an underwire after 6 weeks and one of my incisions reopened. It was really uncomfortable on my incisions too so in the end I waited about 4 months in the end before wearing them, to give the scars a good chance of healing

I don’t worry to much about bra, can live without, but not workout for so long.
