The nurse recommended a surgical bra from marks and spencers. I’m just looking online and can’t find one. Is it a sports bra she means? One that does up at the back or can you get a surgical one that does up at the front?
I think she means the high impact sports bra. They are good. Really comfy just don’t get the under wired one. They are not good with poorly scars!!! I’m still in my high impact and I’m almost four weeks post op. I only have two. I get anxious waiting for it to come out of the tumble drier. Can’t live without it til I am healed!!!! xxx
Yes belle I do. My ones have more material at the back too and just a hole like a swimsuit. Hope you can picture what im saying – They are £20. See If u can find that one cos it’s really supportive. Otherwise those will be ok I’m sure! I was advised Buy the size you are intending to become and one cup above. I ended up only needing the intended size so I returned the larger one
How easy is it to get on? Do you have to put it on over your head? I’m still quite swollen so really tight and putting my tops on by pulling them up my legs lol.
I have no idea what size I’ll be. On the day Dr Singh said 410s should make me a d/dd. At the moment I am 28 under my ribs and 36 across the fullest part so that’s a 32dd, shall I get that size sports bra? Are you allowed to try them on in the shop? lol I’ve never had to get a bra before so I don’t know haha
Yes kind of looks like that. Very similar. The first time the nurses put it on me. Gradually I managed. Hehe. It gets easier. I don’t know what size to suggest for you. Are u really swollen? Are u up this late cos you can’t sleep? I can’t either:( lol
Yeah it’s too hot to sleep and my bum is sore from sleeping half up. I am quite swollen at the sides, they feel like they’re under my arm pits and my nipples are quite puffy. Bit sore around the sides and top.xx
