Did anyone have just a week off work?

As above really, ive only got enough holidays left for a week off really. i only work in a office, but im wondering if just sitting up and moving around all day might hurt?! :S

i have only booked 4 days off work … i work at a computer all day! i rekon it should be fine? x

I was wondering the same as i only work in a office too so dont want to waste my holiday if i can get away without it…xx

I work in an office and booked 1 week off work but I never felt an ach or pain atall so I could ov went back to work the day after haha!xx

I had a week and a day off as my op was on a Saturday. I’m back at work today. I feel a bit achey now it’s getting to the end of the day but I’ve felt fine xx

Wow you girls… Only one week off?? I work in admin and I’m having 3 weeks off from 26th match until 16th april …. Don’t want to rush recovery too much but it’s my birthday 1 week after op that’s why I’ve took so much time off toob was planning on getting a break away xx

I don’t have much of a choice lol, can’t take any more days off so will have to call in sick if I’m still bad though I’m planning on just planting my arse at my desk n making the guys in the office do any reaching or lifting – v handy that my bf works with me! Xx

im only having 6 days off, thats all i can afford! otherwise i’ll loose too much money lol im a sales assistant too in clothing retail, so im forever lifting boxes of shoes and clothes etc, although im going to ask work to come back on light duties lol dont wanna ruin my recover lol xx

hollybol im gonna do exactly the same!! literally make everyone grab every door for me and everything!! and make me food haha!! oh no blondie, dont be lifting boxes that soon after, id be so scared to like re open the cut or something lol xxx

yeah im worried the implant will fall out or something ahaa! just hope my date doesnt get cancelled as i struggled to get that time off work! lol ive read on here a couple of times that peoples dates have been cancelled! im so excited about mine i only have just over two weeks xx

I would be sooo gutted if mine got cancelled. ive worked it out so they will hopefully be all healed for my holiday!! so fingers crossed!! only 4 weeks and 4 days!! xx

im having 10 days off work. I was going to take it unpaid but my lovely manager has said i can have it off as sick!! (i only need to take 3 days off work though due to my working pattern) ive got two kids though so it will be harder for me at home!! xx

yes went back day 8….felt like i was dying…had partials….take 10 days if you can ….

I work in an office and took a week off. It all depends if you have overs or unders as unders are more painful. I had overs and i was fine to return a week later xxx
