did anyone not give up smoking before op im struggling still on 3 to 5 a day :(

i know it is best to give up but im really struggling

Babe I’m 10 day po an prob smoking the same as pre op, don’t worry yourself too much. Obv it’s best to stop but I’ve been okay xx
