It’s for brusing Madeleine. I have the cream for my little boy and its fab when he bumps his head which is a lot haha. My right boob, ribs and back is killing and very swollen so I think I’m quite bruised inside but it’s not showing on the outside.

Sorry hubby got it from boots xx

Ah brill think I might get some I know what you mean about being sore but there isn’t actually any bruising that is visible. My left boob is sore around my ribs x

I’ve heard arnica is really great for bruising 🙂

I’ve got tablets too. The cream is really good for external bruises and bumps. I haven’t got external bruising as yet just really tender.

I got some just incase but I’m pretty sure I didn’t need to use it as had very little bruising. x

I’ve got some and going to start taking them on the day to help prevent bruising x

Can you start taking it before hand or do you wait until after? X

My ps said to start taking it a week before the op :)x

Your supposed to take it before your op, I’ve started 7 days before but 3 days before will fine and then continue to use it after the op too! 🙂
