Did anyone wear bra's before the 6 weeks?

Hey girls, I am 4 and half weeks post op and have my 6 week check (well almost) next wednesday and hopefully I will be able to wear lovely new bra’s and start exercising – whoop whoop! Just wondering though… did anyone start wearing normal bra’s before their 6 week check, I am dying to go bra shopping!!! I can’t wait any longer!! xx

I’m 3 wks post op and wear t shirt bra’s during hte day and sports bra in bed … My nurse said a little break form the big bra’s wont hurt x x

Same after few weeks I wore my sports bra around the house and in bed. When I went out I put on a nicer bra. I think in bed is a good idea though to help them stay in place and settle – I carried this on for a while I remember.

I am 5 weeks post op and getting sick of sports bra’s as they are making me get spots under my boobs.

Oh my god i am so desperate to wear a bra, this sports bra is really doing my head in and im only 2 half weeks post op!

At night i sit on the sofa with my sports bra off for about an hour it feels soooo good lol. Just want the comfort of a real bra. Haha Listen to us, how many of us moaned before we had our BA and was wearing normal bras, now we moan about the sports bra.

Sharon76… LOL :lol:… we can’t get satisfied do we? We always wants more! I am kinda imagining myself when I have mine on 11th of Aug. I can’t really go topless as my kids 16 yrs & 9 yrs old will start wondering what was going on! 😆

Lol my eldest is 17,12 and 10. I dont go topless jus wear a top without my sports bra on….gawd such a relief lol.

I am due to go on holiday in 4 weeks cant wait to buy a new bikini, my eldest keeps saying hes gonna follow me about with a towel ready to chuck over me if any guys starting oggling lol.

I would give anything to wear a proper bra now, haha i even tried getting one of my old bras out the other day….no chance of going anywhere near me.

yeah iv been wearing wired ones since like two weeks i know surgeon didnt advise but i was spose to wear no bra as i had unders but my son was getting very embaressed when i was doing school run without one lol.

iv had no problems will be 5weeks on wednesday xx

Sharon- the time you go on holiday.. that will be my BA…have fun and enjoy showing them off hun! My daughter is after all my old bras now… at least I get to hand them over

Shelly- how old is your son? LOL…kids can really be a pain when it comes to us embarrassing them… somehow, I wonder if they worry when they embarrass us? 😆

hes 5 and no he dosnt worry when he bloody embaressess me.

I am suppose to have overs at 340cc, but I am seeing Dr Adamo again for a second consultation on the 22 July as the forum has made me a bit paraoid with regards to size. I am a small 32a and at the beginning I planned to have a full C cup, but then I thought… to go one size up!

I had 380cc overs and at the mo i am filling a 34dd sports bra and they don’t look fake. At first they did, just liked someone had glued two melons on my chest but now they are settling they are losing that look.

What size are you wanting to go to?
