did everyone get info on implants from hospital ?

I dont have any confirmation at all about my implants apart from asking to see the surgeons notes at my 2nd week appt. No paperwork or those implant packaging cards i’ve seen people talk about. Do i need these for future reference ? I was told by the hospital that i should of picked up any info upon leaving but I didnt even think, was in too much discomfort to think! All i got was the doctors letter. if i dont need anything else then thats great, just worried if i have any future problems and need to confirm what i had i wont have any paperwork ???

the nurse gave me what they called “boobie passpor” and its sabsolutely tiny and it jus says the size of the implant i don’t have a clue what this is for natalie and the thing for the doctors doesnt even have my boobie info on lol i heard you get paper work saying what implants you have etc… and i have nothing of the sort xxx

i got a book with CUI on it and in the back is the stickers of the implants i had xxx
