did I have unrealistic expectations?…

I never expected jordanesque boobies, an easy recovery or a 20 year old’s boobies…but I did expect them to be the same size…… Unfortunately or fortunately (depends how u look at it) I live in Spain and can’t just nip back to see my surgeon at the drop of a hat…but at the minute I hate them big time…

how long ago was your op hunni ? treat each boob like a different op they will heal at different rates and will eventually settle. they say the side you write with takes longer to heal so it might be one more swollen and this can mean diff sizes and wonky nips! If ur really concerned call the nurse line and see what they advise id give them time to even out before spending lots money flying back as they might be able to advise on phone xxx

I’m 5 mths vikki..I figure they are what they are gonna be now….the only option offered is to see my surgeon but I’m not coming back to the uk until the new year..and if I come back and am told I need a re-op I will struggle to get 6 weeks in the UK again…so am a bit fooked lol xx

oh no i know the hosp group which are a uk company have a clinic in spain u could go to but ur probably better staying with mya as they might be able to do something 4 u for free as part of ur after care xx

thanx Vikki I am hoping to see someone over here just to get a bit of advice…if I have a real problem then I will see what happens…I can’t keep flying back to the uk it would cost me a fortune..and I don’t think MYA will pay my travelling expenses lol xx

aww im sorry you are unhappy, its horrible hearing things like this!! are you noticeably uneven? Maybe they would do reop if you are… ive added u chick.

my lefty pre-op is slightly larger…and lower..and now they are bigger the difference is more obvious..(to me anyway) lol x

i think once you hit 5/6 months there wont change much from them, this is what my surgeon said when i went to see him 6 months after my op. i had the same problem with one not dropping, and have just had revision surgery which went terrible and am now left with it the other way round

You didn’t have unrealistic expectations at all. I think when we are paying all that money and making such a huge body decision we all expect fantastic results. If your boobs (however slight) were different sized pre BA then you should have been advised to have different sized implants – it’s as simple as that!! I had Mr Traynor and he told me I had different sized boobs, so much so that Id be having a 30cc difference. At first I thought he had made a terrible mistake but now 8 weeks later they look almost identical. You should have been given this choice because although the difference may not have been much pre op it’s quite obvious that once your boobs are made bigger the difference is gonna be even more noticeable. Must be horrible that you’re not happy with your results. Im not 100% happy but that is to with size more than anything else. x

I think MYA would help me out, my trouble is I live in Spain…quite a bug problem when it comes to seeing ur surgeon and a re-op…x

So sorry to hear you’re unhappy lisalu and hope you get it sorted. what surgeon are you seeing in Spain? Made me think whether to get boobies done here or in UK :S xxx

You’re boobs look fab in your pics but I know what you mean, curse of the lefty. Mine is finally ok now, no more pain or hard bits. It is slightly larger than the right, sometimes it’s quite obvious but most of the time I don’t notice. See if you can see someone at mya next time you’re over here. Is it really obvious? xx

Only to me Belle…they are just so different..one doesn’t seem to have dropped properly at all and is quite a bit higher..

Hsquibb…seeing a doctor in Alicante..just for advice really so I can decide whether I need to come back…in a way as I live in spain, I should have had the op here xx live n learn I guess hun
