Everyones welcome hun! I suggest weekly weigh ins to encourage each other, like our very own versions of weight watchers. We don’t have to put our weight if we don’t want, just how much we lose each week xx
Sounds like a good plan to me, I’ve been so bored being off work, find myself constantly looking in the cupboard or fridge to see what I can eat! Not good at all!! Xx
Special K is a good diet. I used to have brekkie special K. Lunch special K with a banana or yogurt. Then dinner I had a hot meal. And snacks in the day and evening were bowls or special K. I lost a lot of weight. X
I’ve done the special k diet before too and it defo workS, just by day ten I was starting to gag when eating it Xx
I am joining in on this tomorrow! Actualy the next day. Halloween = lots of drinks/sweets. Day after= HANGOVER!

Ive put on LOADS….but Who cares Im loving the junk food Curves Girls Tell u what lose weight and ur breasts will look diffrent i will exercise but wouidnt diet x x
Don’t think I could cope with the special k diet! Lol. Hush I just wanna get down to at the beginning of the year, thats when I was offered 460s which I more or less had and was a stone lighter, that’ll do me, I like my curves too, just not too many of them lol xx

pamela anderson diet tip lol – feeling peckish and just wanting to eat for the sake of it, brush ur teeth..snacks doesnt seem as appealing then lol! and drink a pint of water b4 aswell ul feel full …(for 10mins lol) but hey we’ll have nice teeth and flushed skin haha xx
Eat off child size plates too, a simple tip but actually works and drink plenty of green tea it speeds your metabolism up xx

Well ladies day one has gone really well for me and i’ve loved my food! He is my food diary:
Breakfast-2 cups of tea with sweetner (gave up sugar)-50 cals and 1g fat
Lunch- M&S chicken and mushroom tagliatele-445 cals and 13g fat
Tea-Samon fillet, 2 stuffed mushrooms and lots of veg, 554 cals and 27g fat
Total=1039 cals and 41g fat.
Plus i’ve been out for a walk and burnt off 240 cals doin that! How have you lovely ladies done? xxx
Not unless its dramatic weighloss hun, i think about 1-1.5 stone will be ok. I was 10 lbs lighter when i had my initial consulation so i figure losing a stone and toming up will be fine x
And that depends on your current weight too, im a 12 and want to be a 10-12 so nothing major, just dont wanna baloon while i cant exercise xx

Yeah me too hun, just be careful with what exercise you do in the early days and you’ll be reet. Day 2 here we come! Xx
emzzy try the plank hun, its a great ab and core exercise but wont put much strain on your chest xx
Can somebody help me!!! I fell off the diet wagon. I’ve just ate 3 crumpets smothered in peanut butter. A coffee chocolate yogurt. Chocolate bar. Now a sugary red bull. !!!
What’s the plank Nikki? I need that! Emilyjane don’t panic just eat a healthy tea, try and get a bit of exercise done and start again. Don’t just think oh well I’ll start next week, go from now, you can do it!! Xx
Hahaha emilyjane! I totally understand. )) ok girls chocolate and pecan popcorn from m&s is only 150 calories. The only down sideis you don’t get many in a pack but theyare delicious! I need to lose half astone!!!!!

Don’t get me wrong, it’s tough! But it works! I lost a lb a day got the first little bit then over the course if the first 2 weeks i lost half a stone!
I did it about 6 months ago too, lost about 8lbs in 2 weeks but then came off it a had take away all the time, like 2-3 times a week! Bad diet! And hardly any exercise. I mean, I was a total pig! In those 6 months I’d only put on about 4 lbs! I’m still a 8-10
I’m doing it in 2 weeks if anyone wants to join me? xx

Mjoynson, great! Well i’m only 4 days PO so gonna give me until i’m at least 2 weeks PO before going back on the diet. But I’ll have to warn you, it’s tough! You can get quite tired and light headed in the first few days. But it’s totally worth it xx
Thanks Nikki, i do that in some of my classes but didnt know what it was called. Swago i dont think i could cope with that, my job is quite physically demanding and dont think id manage, dammit! xx
Well girls finally braved the scales and as I thought I’ve put 10lbs on!! In two bloody weeks!! D day is definately tomorrow, just need to find some will power, hoping the thought of wearing a fantastic LBD for christmas will help!! Xx

I broke at the weekend and was bad but ive still lost a pound so im happy! lol xx
well done hun, i am 16 days PO and my weight dropped and went back up again slightly. i’ve gone all wobbly not exercising. I am going back to the gym next week to do some leg exercises so hopefully i can lose some weight again soon x
