Right girls I have my op in 5 weeks and want to lose a few pounds…
I did lose 1 and half stone last year after the birth of my 5th child but soo many
People kept telling me I looked terrible….but I could not see it but the mire they said it made me feel terrible,
So I piled on the weight again and now am unhappy…..I am using adios max but wondered is there anything anyone would reccomend..that has worked for them…
I don’t have a lot of spare time for the gym dealing with my 5 takes up all my time lol…

I lived on Weight Watchers frozen meals and cut out the bread and lost a stone and a half. But you have to keep eating healthy when you’re at the ideal weight, otherwise it goes straight back on arghh!!

i cut back on the carbs before my op – didn’t have a lot to lose but shifted 1/2 stone before my op. Did some exercise at home for 20-30 mins most nights and that helped loads. Also took Acai berry too xxx
Arr thanks girls…..ya alexmink I did the wii active sports everynight after mt little and that really helped but I took a break for a little bit as I was poorly and I never seemed to get back into it…
I don’t have a lot to lose just want to make myself feel a bit better before I get my new boobies….

Hi hun, just thought I’d throw my bit in here as I too have been trying to loose weight before I go ahead with surgery. I’ve lost about 16lb in the past 7 weeks, going from 11st 5 to 10st 3. Acai Berry is a really great supplement (you can pick it up at Holland and Barret), also whey protein shakes are fab aswell (again from Holland and Barret), I have them in between meals to stop me snacking and sometimes as a meal replacement. Cutting carbs, in particular anything white, but don’t eliminate wholewheat stuff, just have it in moderation. Obviously excercise is important….but I have found that its not just about running on a treadmill that has helped, weights are fab too and really help tone your body! You only really need 30 mins excercise maybe 3 or 4 time a week (if you have time!).

does the acai berry work? or is it just another thing to speed up metabolism along with sea kelp and adios? i find sea kelp do maybe help always going to loo! but they are awful to take so fishy!!

l cut bread out and chocolate and lost about 2 stone. Dont touch that crap anynmore.! x

love anything carbs! i need to loose at least a stone b4 mid september..any tried and tested diet ideas? i do diets but then put it all back on! x
i dont have sugar in my tea i have sweetna, red milk, i eat cracker bread instead of bread or ryvita……
i walk everywhere
dont eat crap but cant shift it them last few pounds wont go x
i got my acai berry from an offer on groupon, stops you feeling hungry between meals. I haven’t eaten bread in 5 weeks, and tried to not eat carbs on my evening meal. You may just need to change your diet to encourage your body. Do you eat breakfast? xx
I’ve cut out carbs and bread for a week and a half and I’ve lost 6lb…. However I’ve lost more in the last few days as I’m that excited for my BA I’ve had deli belly hehehe xx
I used to swear by metabo xtreme pills when I was a sz 6. I’m on the special K diet at the mo, but feel like i’m putting on weight if anything!
I find power walking with my double buggy tones my arms & legs alot, but doesn’t do much for my tummy area. Does anyone know any thing that is good for busting mummy tummy?! I hate it soo much!

I do eat breakfast either speacial k or fruit…..I drink a lot of water and for dinner ill have chicken with veg or salad but I just feel like I am getting bigger…
I think I may get some acaiberry now too xx
hi hun – had a look at your pics and you don’t look overweight to me – think you have the same problem as me – not much to lose and don’t eat badly either. I really struggled to get some weight off before my my op, wanted to get 1/2 stone off which i did do, but it took a good 3 weeks before it started shifting, did get really disheartened, but try the acai berry, i also got some fat metabolising tablets from holland & barrett too. Think just trying to be a bit more active and getting your heart rate up would help burn off to.

If all else fails girls look at becca1 post in non surgical group,she lost inches with the contour wrap.
Have you got an app phone? There’s an app called My Fitness Pal. You type in your stats and goal weight and it tells you how many calories you need to stick to each day. You log everything you eat and it totals your calories for you. It really works! Xx

I’ve always found exercise the key, I did a high cardio class at my local gym twice a week for a month and lost 8lb. Just cut crap out of my diet really nothing too major xx
Me too newkaren,but I think when you are just post op,the exercise is difficult due to been scared you will strain something,think the key is balancing the diet whilst your not as active,easier said than done when you ache and just want chocolate to cheer you up,lol.xxx
