Well normally I don’t have to diet, but since I’ve had the contraceptive implant in all I want to do is eat so I’ve now gone from 7 stone 10 to 8 and half stone, which I know is still not heavy, but I want to get healthy now I’m sick of eating junk food and feeling bloated, but I don’t know were to start, I’ve got my op in 19 days and want to feel abit less bloated and sluggish before then. So does anybody know any good diets that are easy to stick to? Xxx
i too wana lose weight chick esp for my new boobs, i always bn about 8and half stone , i now weigh 9 stone,since being happy and content in a new relationship im still a size 8 but in somethings they tight so have to wear 10 …i just wana lose half a stone

I do the tea diet; only eat on weekends and drink camomile or green tea in the week. The first week is hard but it gets easier after a while. When you do eat only eat fish/chicken/vegetables/salad. Also try and get yourself down to the gym, it helps a lot! Xx
I’ve just joined myfitnesspal.com It’s really handy as you put in all the food you ate and the exercise you did and it shows you all the calories consumed/ burned/ You can set up a goal weight and a rate of lbs to lose per week (max they allow is 2) then it tracks your progress for you. There are forums and tips etc as well and it’s free
I’m also only looking to lose a bit (15lbs). Have lost 2lbs in 2 weeks so far through 60 mins exercise a day 6 x per week and eating healthy (trying to stay below 1200 cals). Make sure you don’t go too far under 1200 cals though as your body could actually hang on to the weight as it goes into starvation mode. Best way to overcome that is to eat 5/ 6 times a day, small and often.
I’ve actually found eating so regularly makes me feel full and satisfied, and my body doesn’t miss the junk food. I’m eating rice cakes, low fat cottage cheese, loads of fruit and veg, fish, eggs, a little pasta, trying to stay away from bread, white flour, and sugar. Nuts, raisins, carrots, and rice cakes are great snacks. I’m pescatarian, but if you you are total veggie you can get your protein from eggs, quorn, soya, nuts, pulses, and cereals. Good luck xx

hehe…so i only eat salad and veg! lol i use to go gym every morn but just no motivation at mo dunno whats wrong with me and we have a gym at home that makes it worse lol im so lazy lol …i think i just expect to lose weight without any effort haha x

all the quick diets work because you lose water weight. As soon as you start eating properly again you gain the weight back xx
I havnt put it bk on I only used it for two weeks to kick start my regime I ate normal on it but went running every night felt great xx

I been doin Jennifer Ellisons workout DVD after a friend recommended it and all I can say is GO BUY IT! I have been doin in every other evening with my friend and it is soooo easy to follow! Only been doing it 2 weeks and my stomach is sooo much more toned I actually feel like I should be paid by her DVD company as I boast about it to everyone lol! On top of that I just use my common sense more with eating, like salad and chicken and jacket potato’s and stopped eating domino’s every day lol there is a diet section on her DVD too which u can follow but I just eat healthier in general and feel fab for it! Never had such a tonnes stomach and only been doing it 2weeks! Xx
Yeah its fab 40mins 5nights a week It really makes u feel amazing and just stopped smokin 3 1/2 days now so feelin super great

I went to frankie n benny’s last night n had a full rack of ribs chips and chic brownie pudding lol! My key is to eat as healthy as possible but still have a biscuit with my tea, bar of chic if I want it n treat myself now n then n I’ve still seen a difference else I’d fail totally lol xx

Well I tried to eat good to lose weight since I booked my op in january but kept finding myself cheating even though I had my motivation of my boobies. Joined weight watchers two weeks ago though and haven’t followed their plan if I’m honest but just ate what I know is good and lost 8.5lbs in my first week and then lost another 2lbs in my second week, I think all I need is knowing that I’ve got to go and face the music each week instead of just kidding myself, my op is in 4 weeks and hoping to shift another half a stone by then and then another half after
