Hiya my lovelies! Well after my BA last week, I’m taking a look at myself and thinking i’d like to change more, so i want to go on a diet and tone up a bit. I’ve become a bit lazy over the past few months and want to cut out the junk. Can anyone recommend some recipeas or quick easy meals to make as i’m not exactly delia smith and i’m very impatient when hungry haha. Thanks ladies xxxxx
protein shakes, hun i recommend them as meal replacements, i drink them for muscle repair with the gym, but you can drink them instead of a meal, they contain around 100 calories a serving, and they taste yummy xx

go for it hun, the thought of starting the gym is quite scary and i will admit getting into it is hard but once you start seeing results the gym will be like a drug to you, you’ll just want to go more and more ,or maybe thats just me and im odd lol xx
Haha, no I think you’re right. I used to go quite often when I was in my teens and I did get very addicted, I had a stomach that would have made beyonce jealous. Shame im not like that now lol. But i will join and i’ll keep you updated

hi tracyt ye im back in the gym im 4.5 months po and been back since about the 4 weeks mark (i was naughty lol) to be honest i never stopped exercising, plenty of long power walks from day one and back on my stepper at 3 weeks po, id use it 3 times a day for 10-15 min so nothing to over the top xx
Im 11 days PO, and have started power walking with the pram. Still dont feel 100% at all though,so scared to push it too much.
When would you say you were back to full impact? I do attack and combat so am worried it may take a bit longer to get back into those? xx
id say around the 8/9 week mark up until that point i was gradually working my way up to pre opp strength and fitness, i felt comfortable doing everything by the 9 week mark rowing,sit ups,chest exercises etc xx
