hi hun, may sounds obvious but drink loads of fluid, water, tea etc then when you have a meal make sure half of your plate is either salad or veg.
have 1 treat a day otherwise you wont stick to it
x
When I want to lose weight quickly I just drink herbal tea for 2 – 3 weeks and take a multivitamin every day x
I changed my diet to
plain omelette for breakfast….
chicken breast + salad for lunch….
either chicken breast or omlette for dinner….
NO SUGAR!
I lost a stone in about 3 weeks without exercise and i’m eating normal and loads of junk food etc for weeks and weeks and I’ve only gained 4 lbs
xx
Cool Charlie I’ll message back in a sec. Girls please do wise up to fad diets they do not work. Yes you may lose a few pounds quickly but those pounds will not be fat they will be water and muscle!!! Then the minute u stop the diet ul jst put the weight back on. Losing muscle might not sound like an issue but when I tell u u need muscle to burn fat u might think differently.
To cut a long story short I suggest you look up Clean Eating or Tosca Reno. I follow her lifestyle principles and my clients are also advised to do so. It is the healthiest way to achieve your optimum weight in my professional opinion.
A good body is 80% nutrition 20% fitness so don’t feel u need to jump straight back into the gym after ur op. Uve paid a lot of money for ur new boobs don’t jeopardise them!! Eating clean and just getting outside for a walk will keep u on track till ur more able.
Cellulite?!!! If I had a remedy for that I’d b a rich lady and not stuck on this piggy bank scheme lol!! Body brushing 2-3 litres of water a day and plenty of veg will help.
Much love
xx
Jaf that’s quite cool I could do that! Thanks Shelby, I know fad diets do not work long term I just personally find it gives me the kick up the bum I need to get back into the swing of it when u stray a bit off course. . Like easter for example lol. But I don’t know about anyone else im just worried about the no excercise thing post op, would rather loose the pounds im gonna gain beforehand! Xx
Aslong as ur eating right and still try to walk around as much as u can then u shudnt gain much.
Everyone listen to JAF that meal plan is spot on: high protein and good carbs, u can mix it up with different vegetables and spices etc if u get bored easy. SUGAR is not good for you stay away from it!!!! it plays havoc with the natural systems in your body!! 2-3 litres of water a day will also help you lose weight!
If any of you skip meals (to any degree) thinking it will help with weight loss please take note:
Your body will go into starvation mode if it does not know when it is next going to be fuelled. This means that it will hold on to fat cells for energy and use your muscle to feed itself. This is not only heading down a dangerous path psychologically but it is also dangerous for your organs i.e your heart, kidneys etc
Xx
i have a child size plate and have four small meals a day, also weight watches yougs are fab only 50cals i have 1-2 at breakfast as they are so low in fat and cals, snack on fruit only x i also have gained about 5 pound in the last 4 weeks so need to follow my own advice lol im off to spain in june so need to lose a stone and half before then, im 3 weeks post op so only another 3 weeks and i can jog daily, the weight falls off when i jog and stick to my diet x
Can u still snack on fruit on that diet jaf???or is fruit a no no….xxx
And what’s good to drink on that diet….I may give it a try..are the results noticeable in the first week.x
Wow i never knew that! I thught omelettes were really bad for u cos of all the eggs! lol xx
omelettes are bad if you use the egg yoke, 129cal per egg but with out is way less put it this way, one the weight watches diet (i have lost 6 stone on and kept off) one egg is 4 points but 4 egg whites is only 1 point
Hi there Carla bird I have tried to message you with a friend request and it keeps refusing to send….please could you add me…it’s just that I’ve lost a lot of weight too and would like some advice on losing the last six pound before my op in may!!! xx
Hi
I’m also trying to lose as much as possible before my op in 4 week.
I’ve lost 11lb in 3 week. I’ve been eating cal controlled diet 1300 a day
Porridge for breckfast
Salad with tuna or chicken for dinner
Chicken or fish with loads of steamed veg and sweet potato for tea
And 3 snacks a day – 100 cals each – mainly fruit
And drink loads of water and green tea
This has helped me loads as I tried slim fast too!!
Xxxx
Oh an been going the gym everyother day for an hour a time xxx
