25th november! i no hun thats y im dieting now! arl jus put rocks in me pocket f pre-op lol! i dnt need 2 lose half a stone really im only like 8 stone 4 now bt i wana b tiny for op. so im on a hardore diet.
eggs n 1 piece of bread or eggs and porridge made with water and no sugar for breakfast (before 7 in the morning)
protein shake at 10:30
grilled chicken n plain brown rice or pasta at 2pm
tin of tuna at bou 7
i finish wrk at 9:30pm then have another protein shake
no milk or sugar in ur tea or coffee
its hard bt will drop off u xx
