    Omg girls I’ve lost 8lb ..doing the Cambridge diet and this week been so naughty & proper beating my self up about it OMG I just want to be skinny ! Haha going Ibiza in July with my mate who has an amaze figure cannot afford to be the fat friend !! Seriously skinny girls what do u live off ?! X

    im not skinni but i eat 1000cals a day whn i am dieting and jog for hour 4 times a week and kickboxing two hours a week. any exercise, running, keep fit class will work though :)

    before my op i hit the gym every day and my diet consumed of 0%fat yogurts, tomatoe soup, chicken, turkey and on sunday i can eat whatever i want ooo and also drink alot of water byt ever since my op i have pigged out on carbs and fizzy pop :/ but if you jsut cut the crisps/sweets/ fizzy pop out and eat high protein and low carbs and abit of cardio a week then you’ll defo loose weight xxx

    Leah, you arent fat by any means! But i know what u mean, im forever tellin myself ile lose weight then somthing always gets in the way (like my excuses :D). Last time i did a serious health kick just before i had my first baby i did lose two n half stone purely by eating lots of chicken n veg, fruit and porrige and hittin the gym 3 times a week. I dont belive it being very restrictive or u wont stick at it, it took me six months to lose that amount and i kept it off for ages and have still only put a stone back on after two pregnancies, give it a whirl! Im goin to be doing it again to shift this last stone before summer xx

    Don’t eat junk and drink water! That’s how you can stay a size 6 forever ;) don’t drink much alcohol either..
