Leah, you arent fat by any means! But i know what u mean, im forever tellin myself ile lose weight then somthing always gets in the way (like my excuses
). Last time i did a serious health kick just before i had my first baby i did lose two n half stone purely by eating lots of chicken n veg, fruit and porrige and hittin the gym 3 times a week. I dont belive it being very restrictive or u wont stick at it, it took me six months to lose that amount and i kept it off for ages and have still only put a stone back on after two pregnancies, give it a whirl! Im goin to be doing it again to shift this last stone before summer xx
