profiles are used for fake/natural/medium look but also mainly based on how your chest is with how it sticks out how broad it is etc., some people can choose a profile themselves I did even though i couldn’t have high as my surgeon said im small on my chest so high would look silly, I chose medium as I wanted a natural hang to mine but because i chose a bigger implant day of op they look more fake now but im happy about it! speak to your surgeon tell him how you want them like profile wise but he will make the best decision for your body as high might not be best for you! plus to be honest someone whos had high can also look like they have had low profiles xxx
