Difference between unders and overs

Hey girlys can someone please tell me the difference between unders and overs I no unders are under the muscle but do they look different compared to overs? Do they make any difference?? Xx

The surgeon will use unders if you do not have much breast tissue to cover the implant. I had breast fed 3 babies, so had plenty of breast tissue to fill so was recommended overs. Overs and unders can both look natural, it just depends on what you have. Your surgeon will recommend what will be best for you. Hope this helps. xx
