difference in Overs & Unders

I no they are under and over the muscle but how different do they look to each other ?????

I think generally unders look a bit less natural to start with and take longer to heal, but I’m

not sure that there is too much of a difference, my surgeon said that understand slightly compromise the shape you get (you’ll be told what you have to have anyway hun – if you have breast tissue to start with you’ll have overs and if you don’t you’ll hve unders – unless you want to go bigger than te recommended over size then I think they go under) xx

Unders are meant to be more natural as the muscle covers the implant leaving a smoother shape rather than the roundness off the implant but tbh after lookin at all the pics on here I can’t tell the difference at all x

I had unders (but I believe it is only partial) and at this stage they are too swollen for me to say they look natural, but I had opted for unders at the recommendation of the surgeon as I wanted a full but natural look. There are pros/cons to each procedure but honestly it is down to personal preference xx

Yep, that’s the same look as I opted for and mine are under, the fake round look would be high profile overs I think, that’s what I gather from comin on here anyway x

I thought overs would give a less natural look but after looking at loads of girls piccies, i reckon overs look more natural…

Suppose the girls (like me) who were pretty flat to start/no breast tissue, who had unders might look less natural to say a girl who had quite a bit of breast tissue to cover the overs…

Pre ba i wanted natural natural natural but now i quite like them looking perky and rounded at 2mths post op!!

Same here Hayley, I really wanted natural but now they’re gettin more that way the more I liked em being harder and rounded… I do love em tho x

I’ve asked for a natural look and was told to have overs, now wondering if I should double check and perhaps ask if it’s better to have unders!

I was definitely told unders are more natural and it does make sense – I think the reason for the overs looking different is because those people who have them have more breast tissue regardless.. I’d Google but on my phone and its a farse x

Hi girls!

From my understanding unders are recommended for girls with less breast tissue, overs are for girls with more than 2-3cm of breast tissue. The natural look can be achieved via overs or unders. Plus, it depends what size cc imaplant you have, moderate high profile, high profile, moderate low profile, low profile etc… All these profiles together with with shape and size of body are all taken into consideration at the surgeons consultation. I know with my consultation Mr Traynor took all my measurements, asked me what I hoped to achieve (natural look) and it was only then that he give me the cc implants to choose from. xxx
