Different advice on size

I went to see Dr Adamo and he said max he can fit in me is 380cc, then I saw Dr Singh and he said he can put 525cc in me. This is my second BA, I’ve got 270cc in at the moment which took me to a 34C (from a 34A) and they look really natural. Has anyone else been given such different advice, and does anyone have pics of 380cc and 525cc? x
